How do I book a pickup?

Do I need to be home?

 No, just leave your bags at your front door or a safe spot.

What should I put my laundry in?

 Use any 13-gallon kitchen bag.

Where do you pick up?

Conroe, The Woodlands, and Willis

Pricing & Bags

How much does it cost?

We charge $35 per 13-gallon bag ($35 minimum order)​

What about large items?

 Items that don't fit in the bag (like comforters) are $29 to $39 each.

Twin, Full, and Queen $29 each, King size $39 each

When do I pay?

We send a payment link to your phone once we pick up your bags.

​

Safety & Hygiene

    Items we do NOT wash.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept items containing urine, vomit, or blood.

What about pets?

We do not accept pet beds or blankets that are heavily covered in pet hair or waste.

​

  What happens if these items are in my bags?

These items will be set aside unwashed to protect our machines. The full bag fee still applies.

Timing & Care

When will I get my clothes back?

 We deliver everything back clean and folded within 24 hours.

Do you mix my clothes with others?

 Every order is washed and dried in its own separate machine.

​

What if I have sensitive skin?

We only use hypoallergenic detergents

What about stains?

 Please put stained items in a small separate bag so we can give them extra attention.

3 Simple steps

  1. Fill it: Pack a 13-gallon bag and tie it at the top

   2. Leave it: Put the bag by your door at your scheduled time.

     3. Relax: We pick it up, wash it, and drop it back in 24 hours
