What is your wash and fold service?

We offer a convenient wash and fold service with pickup and delivery right to your door. You simply put your laundry in a bag, and we'll wash, dry, and neatly fold it for you, returning it fresh and clean.

How does the service work?

1. Book online: Schedule a pickup on our website for a day and time that works for you.

2. We pick up: Place your laundry in a 13-gallon bag 

3. We wash & fold: We wash, dry, and fold your clothes, never mixing them with other customers' items.

We deliver: Your clean, folded laundry is delivered back to you within 24-48 hours.

Do you wash my clothes with other people's laundry?

No, absolutely not. We wash every customer's laundry separately to ensure your clothes are only washed with your own

Pricing & Payment

How much does your wash-and-fold service cost?

Our service is priced per 13-gallon bag at a flat rate of $35

​

What about comforters and sheets?

We have special pricing for these larger items:

Comforters: $45

Down Comforters: $50

Sheets: $15

Pillow Cases $5

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We do not accept cash or checks.

Do you have a mimimum order requirement?

Yes, To ensure efficient routing and service for our drivers,all

Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning orders for pickup and delivery must meet a minimum order value of $35. If your order total falls below the minimum, you will be charged the $35 minimum fee.

You will be charged when your order is complete and ready for delivery

Dry Cleaning & Alterations

Do you offer dry cleaning services?

Yes. We partner with a reliable local cleaner. You can include your dry cleaning items in a separate bag, and we'll handle the drop-off for you. We add a small convenience fee to the cleaners' charges

How do you handle alterations?

We can also facilitate alterations with our trusted partner. Simply provide your items with pre-measured instructions. The alteration person will charge you directly for their services.

What is the turnaround time for dry cleaning or alterations?

Dry cleaning and alterations typically take longer than our standard wash and fold service. We will notify you of the estimated turnaround time once we've processed your order.

Laundry Process & Detergents

What type of detergents do you use?

We use high-quality detergents with an option for both regular and hypoallergenic choices. Please specify in your booking notes.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

No, you don't need to sort your laundry. We will sort the laundry according to care label instructions

What about delicate items?

For delicate items that need special care, such as hang-drying, please place them in a separate bag and make a note in your order instructions. We will handle them accordingly.

Are there any items you can't wash?

Yes, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept all items. We are unable to process laundry that is heavily soiled.
